No. ASP Designs configures your selected system and provides an accessible dashboard. We provide setup guidance so you can focus on running your business.
Do I need a new website?
No. Our Core Packages are designed for businesses with a compatible existing website. Premium Packages include our managed Business Website.
Can I buy just one service?
Yes. The ten standalone Solutions can be selected individually. Package upgrades avoid charging twice for included services.
Are AI and messaging costs included?
Metered AI, calling, SMS, and other applicable communication charges are separate. We explain applicable usage before payment.
What is included with the Business Website?
Five responsive pages, basic SEO, a basic FAQ chatbot, hosting and agreed ongoing maintenance are included. Advanced automations are separate unless bundled.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. We reuse compatible configurations when possible instead of starting from scratch. Your chosen agreement defines changes and billing.
How long does a website take?
Our initial target is 10–14 business days after payment and receipt of complete approved materials, subject to project scope and review.
Can I cancel?
Our plans support cancellation under the signed agreement, generally effective at the end of the paid period. Annual refunds and applicable charges depend on the final terms.
